桥小脑角的孤立性粒细胞肉瘤（GS）在临床上极罕见，易被误诊为桥小脑角的常见肿瘤如脑膜瘤、面听神经鞘瘤等。本文介绍一例桥小脑角GS，分析其临床特征及影像学表现，重点阐述其影像特征及诊断思维，以提高影像医师的诊断水平。
