<正> 黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎(Xanthogranulomatous Cholecystitis简称:XGC)罕见。其临床表现和B超、CT征象易与胆囊癌相混淆。笔者结合文献复习。回顾性地分析2例有B超及CT检查、并手术病理证实的病例,旨在提高对XGC的B超和CT征象的认识。
