神经内分泌肿瘤（NET）发生于马尾神经罕见。本文报道了一例经病理证实的马尾神经NET患者的临床及影像资料，MRI T1WI上呈低、等信号，T2WI上呈不均匀高信号，肿瘤上方可见多发增粗迂曲血管流空影，增强扫描呈不均匀明显强化，邻近下方终丝增粗伴强化，病理标本免疫组化CD56(+),Syn(+),CgA(+),S-100（灶+），CK(+),GATA3(-),Ki-67（+，约3%），病理结果为马尾神经内分泌肿瘤。
