卵巢-附件影像报告和数据系统(O-RADS)磁共振成像风险分层指南介绍和解读

摘要:

准确识别和诊断卵巢-附件病变对于优化患者管理至关重要。尽管超声诊断具有典型良性特征的卵巢-附件病变具有高度敏感性和特异性,但18%~31%的卵巢-附件病变超声并不能明确诊断。MRI能够为超声不明确的病变提供更准确的诊断,从而改善患者的预后。2022年美国放射学会(ACR)发布了卵巢-附件影像报告和数据系统(O-RADS)磁共振成像风险分层系统的指南,用于精准评估卵巢-附件病变。本文介绍该指南基本内容,并对其重要概念和技术要点进行解读。

Abstract:

Accurate identification of ovarian-adnexal lesions is essential for optimal patient management. Although ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian-adnexal lesions with typical benign features is highly sensitive and specific, 18%-31% of ovarian-adnexal lesions remain indeterminate. MRI can provide a more accurate diagnosis and improve the prognosis of patients with these lesions. The American College of Radiology Committee published the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System MRI risk stratification system in 2022. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the new guideline concepts and techniques.
