Currarino综合征是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传疾病，以骶尾椎发育不良、骶前肿物及肛门直肠畸形三联征为经典表现，临床表现多样，影像表现复杂且随年龄出现不同变化。本文报道一例Currarino综合征合并脊髓拴系、皮毛窦的病例，临床过程和影像表现复杂，该例在青年期诊断为拴系综合征于外院行椎管内肿物切除术，相关症状解除；时隔15年再就诊发现椎管内肿物复发，通过完善的影像检查确诊为Currarino综合征并脊髓拴系、皮毛窦的复杂情况。通过复习和分析本例资料，提高对该病特殊情况的认识。
