<正>病例资料患者，女，8岁，入院前1周因腹胀行超声检查提示右侧肾上腺与肝右后叶之间实性肿物。平素健康情况良好，无传染病、外伤及手术史，无药物及食物过敏史，无输血史。查体：腹平坦，未见异常隆起，脐偏右侧压痛，未触及明显包块，全腹无反跳痛及肌紧张，移动性浊音阴性。实验室检查：肿瘤标志物CEA、CA-125、CA19-9、AFP均无升高；碱性磷酸酶略低（136 U/L）；神经元特异性烯醇化酶正常。腹部MRI平扫（图1）见肝脏与右肾间团块状异常信号灶，呈现不均匀T1WI低信号、T2WI高信号，约9 cm×5.2 cm×7.5 cm，抑脂序列呈高信号，
